Job Description

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers, directing them to the concerned Relationship Manager or department.
• Support Relationship Managers with customer coordination, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Ensure showroom, customer lounge, and demo vehicles are clean and well-maintained.
• Manage and consolidate Google enquiry reports 
• Maintain daily and monthly walk-in customer records and share reports with management.
• Coordinate valet parking operations and ensure safe handling of customer vehicles and keys.
• Maintain a professional front office environment and deliver an excellent customer experience.
