1. Payroll Outsource

In this we provide conventional payroll outsourcing services where employees work at client's premises or area but under our payroll, we onboard client's employee (existing or new or both) on our payroll, complete documentation, process their salary, handle employee's payroll related query, provide them required support to get employee benefits, make compliance challan payments and provide letters, pay-slip to employee or to client's spoke.

Scope of Work -

• All employee will be on Benchmark One's payroll,
• Ensure statutory compliances,
• All applicable acts will be followed,
• Timely salary processing and disbursement,
• Joining and Exit documentation, ID card, Offer/Appointment Letter, other accessories as per client's contract,
• HRIS Management, Leave & Attendance records, Payslips
• Employee grievance redressal, Disciplinary actions as per itemprop law,
• Employee claims, Insurance, pension, etc. settlement.

2. Process Outsource

In this we provide payroll process outsourcing services where employees work at client's premises or area and will be under their payroll, however we outsource their documentation and process part on behalf of our client like- onboarding, salary processing, challan creation, employee query handling, guide employee to get employee benefits under applicable compliances and provide letters, pay-slip to them.

  • Salary register, statutory challans & Payslip generation,
  • Joining and Exit formalities,
  • ID Card, Offer/Appointment/Transfer letter to employee,
