We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund for a services you have received from us. We want to make this process as transparent and straightforward as possible.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

Any amount paid in advance: If you have made payment against the services which you wanted to opt but before the delivery of services you changed your mind to reject to take services from us.

Proof of advance payment: you must have the proof of the payment which you made in advance against the service(s) you want or wanted to opt.

Refund request before delivery: refund requests must be made before delivery of service(s). After service(s) delivery, we will not be able to process a refund.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

A. Contact customer support: reach out to our customer support team via email at hr@benchmarkone.in. Please provide your name, transaction details and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

B. Review process: our customer support team will review your request which can take upto 10 business days and may reach out to you for additional information or clarification if necessary.

C. Refund approval: if your request meets the eligibility criteria, and it is approved, we will process your refund within 10-15 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.

D. Refund Credit Timeline: Refund will be credited in user account within 48 hours after approval.

Non-refundable items:

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  1. Any payment made against the time-based subscription.
  2. Digital products and downloadable resources.
  3. Services that have been fully rendered.
  4. Services delivered outside the 30-day refund window.
