Job Description

Responsibilities

• Generate and bring new civil projects.
• Handle client meetings, follow-ups and negotiations.
• Manage projects from initial stage to completion.
• Supervise site work, quality, materials and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors and site teams.
• Resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion.
   

Requirements

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in civil site execution + project sales/business development.
• Good communication, client handling and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
