Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring excellent service, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and messages.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or Customer Service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
