Job Description

- Handle walk-in inquiries and customer visits at the project marketing office.
- Brief customers about project details, pricing, layouts, and amenities.
- Conduct site tours and explain project features professionally.
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and site visit customers regularly.
- Perform telecalling on leads generated from social media and marketing portals.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits.
- Maintain MIS in Excel for leads, inquiries, site visits, follow-ups, and bookings.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure proper customer communication and support conversion efforts.
