Job Description

 Job Responsibilities

✔ Handle customer calls related to service & maintenance
✔ Provide product/service information to customers
✔ Coordinate with service engineers & technical team
✔ Maintain service records and customer database
✔ Schedule service appointments and follow-ups
✔ Prepare basic reports in Excel
✔ Support backend documentation work
