Job Description

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for students from pre-primary to 5th grade.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate teaching materials and activities.
• Assess and monitor students' academic and personal development regularly.
• Provide individual attention to students to address their learning needs and challenges.
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking through interactive teaching methods.
• Organize extracurricular activities, such as storytelling, games, and art projects.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and lesson plans.
