Job Description

Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling or customer support,
Good communication skills,
Comfortable with MS Excel / basic computer usage.
Make outbound calls to customers using company-provided data,
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information,
Understand customer requirements and share suitable solutions,
Prepare and share quotations as per customer needs,
Follow up with customers to close inquiries,
Maintain call records and update customer details regularly,
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth query resolution.
