Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the field sales team across assigned territories
* Handle daily sales operations and ensure effective market coverage
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Develop and strengthen the general trade network (dealers, distributors, retailers)
* Manage credit control, including follow-ups, collections, and outstanding tracking
* Prepare and maintain credit reports and ensure timely recovery
* Plan and implement sales strategies to drive growth and market share
* Conduct regular field visits to track team performance and market insights
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners

Requirements:
* Proven experience in team handling and field sales
* Prior experience in Cement / Building Materials / Iron & Steel / Plywood / Hardware / Paints / Lighting / FMCG industry.
* Strong understanding of general trade and distribution network
* Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
* Target-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
