Job Description

* Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction
* Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs
* Monitor customer interactions and track feedback to provide personalized solutions
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to optimize CRM functionality
* Generate reports on customer insights, trends, and campaign performance, automate CRM workflows to increase operational efficiency
* Resolve customer queries related to account status, transactions, and support, provide training and support to internal teams on CRM systems.
