Job Description

* Manage the end-to-end process for employees, including onboarding new hires, maintaining digital/physical records, and conducting exit interviews.,
* Implement and explain company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal standards.
* Act as a neutral party to resolve workplace grievances and provide guidance on disciplinary actions.
* Handle HR Admin activities.
