Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead B2B field sales activities across assigned territories
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, site visits, references, and networking
* Conduct client meetings and on-site visits to close sales
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, and end customers
* Monitor sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and ensure timely closures
* Achieve monthly sales targets
* May have to travel across C.G to expand distribution network

Requirements:
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Energetic, presentable, and target-oriented personality
* Ability to independently manage field sales operations
* Basic working knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
* Experienced candidates preferred.
