Job Description

* Basic computer & MS Office knowledge,
* Good communication (Hindi/English),
* Strong follow-up, coordination & attention to detail,
* Ability to work under deadlines,
* Policy creation, issuance & updates on insurance portals,
* Coordination with agents, channel partners & customers,
* Tracking policy status and ensuring timely processing,
* Supporting daily office operations.
