Job Description

Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Plan, ideate, and post engaging content (photos, reels, captions, stories, etc.).
* Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
* Track performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.
* Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
* Visit project/site locations occasionally for content creation (travel allowance will be provided).

Requirements:
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and social media tools.
* Hands-on knowledge of running Meta Ads (FB & Instagram).
* Good communication and content creation skills.
* Proficiency in Canva.
* Intermediate knowledge of video editing (Reels/short videos).
