Job Description

•End-to-end visa processing for various international destinations
•Specialized handling of Schengen country visas (preferred)
•Coordination with embassies, consulates, clients, and internal teams
•Preparing and managing travel documentation (insurance, forex, etc.)
•Support for flight, hotel, and transfer bookings when required
•Maintaining CRM/operations tools with client journey updates
•Ensuring timely communication and follow-ups for smooth departures
•Assisting in creating travel kits & itinerary documents
