Job Description

Key Skills Required:
* Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
* Presentable and professional personality
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
* Good coordination and follow-up skills

Job Responsibilities:
* Handle visa-related enquiries from customers.
* Collect, verify, and maintain customer documents.
* Coordinate with clients for the complete visa process.
* Follow up with customers and internal teams for timely updates.
* Provide accurate information regarding travel requirements, visas, and insurance.
* Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
* Maintain proper records and documentation.
