Job Description

*Handle inbound and outbound sales leads for residential/commercial projects
*Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
*Conduct site visits and project presentations
*Convince clients by explaining project features, pricing, payment plans, and ROI
*Negotiate terms and close sales deals independently
*Maintain relationships with existing clients for referrals and repeat business
*Coordinate with CRM, documentation, and legal teams for smooth deal closure
*Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
*Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
