Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads through calls, site visits, and referrals
* Attend and manage walk-in clients
* Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans to customers
* Conduct site visits with prospective buyers
* Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
* Achieve monthly sales targets
     
Requirements:
* Experience in sales 
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Presentable personality
* Basic knowledge of MS Office
* Two-wheeler preferred
