Job Description

* Act as the first point of contact for all drivers regarding welfare, grievances, and support issues,
* Conduct regular welfare meetings, feedback sessions, and health awareness programs.
* Organize training on road safety, defensive driving, vehicle handling, and behavioral skills.
* Ensure compliance with safety norms — seat belts, rest breaks, alcohol policy, etc.
* Report key issues, absenteeism, or misconduct to HR/Fleet Head.
