Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute interior design and finishing work for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Prepare and review 2D layouts, 3D models, working drawings, and design concepts.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth execution.
• Review drawings, layouts, materials, and design specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits and resolve design and execution-related issues.
• Monitor finishing work and ensure quality as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with multiple teams involved in interior design, execution, and finishing activities.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in residential and commercial real estate projects is required.
• Strong hands-on experience in interior finishing and fit-out work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Revit, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Good knowledge of interior materials, design execution, and site coordination.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and project/site teams.
