Job Description

Company: 7 Dreams Holidays
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Travel Industry

About the Role

We are looking for a Travel Consultant who is passionate about travel and enjoys helping customers plan their holidays. The candidate will be responsible for handling travel enquiries, recommending suitable travel options, preparing itineraries, and converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries for Domestic & International holidays
• Book and issue Flight Tickets
• Plan and sell Domestic Holiday Packages
• Plan and sell International Holiday Packages
• Prepare customized itineraries based on customer requirements
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs and other travel partners
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Provide excellent customer service before, during and after the trip
• Maintain regular communication with clients and travel partners
• Achieve assigned sales and booking targets

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Travel Industry
• Good knowledge of Flight Ticketing
• Experience in selling Domestic & International Tour Packages
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Good sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations
• Ability to prepare travel itineraries and quotations
• Positive attitude, professional approach and willingness to learn
