Job Description

* AI Video Generation: Produce, edit, and enhance marketing videos using modern AI-driven video creation and generation tools to streamline production and create innovative visual sequences.
* Traditional Video Editing: Sequence and edit multi-source video content (on-ground footage, drone shoots, 3D walkthroughs, map views) using industry-standard tools including Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
* Motion Graphics & Annotations: Create engaging motion graphics, lower-thirds, title graphics, and visual callouts (e.g., animated arrows, access routes, and nearby landmark callouts on map footage).
* Graphic Design Collateral: Design essential graphic design assets including banners, flyers, brochures, and digital presentation materials for property marketing campaigns.
* Sound Design & Audio Assembly: Integrate background music tracks, mix audio levels, perform noise reduction, and ensure clear sound quality for voice-overs and location audio.
