Job Description

• Supervise day-to-day construction and site execution activities.
• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, BOQs, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and site operations efficiently.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor civil works, finishing activities, and MEP coordination.
• Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs), site documentation, and contractor billing records.
• Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ verification, and timely project completion.
• Resolve on-site technical and operational issues to ensure smooth execution.
