Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer relationships and handle customer queries and follow-ups.
* Generate leads through cold calling, social media, and other channels.
* Follow up with leads and coordinate with the sales team for conversions.
* Maintain customer and lead data using CRM software, Excel, and Google Sheets.
* Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, and team performance.

Requirements:
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
* Basic knowledge of social media handling.
* Comfortable for field visits.
